I greet you in the name of my Lord and savor Jesus Christ. Welcome to my blog! By God’s grace I hope you are well, I am well: what a great honor to have your attention -praise be to God almighty! I hope you will be blessed today.
Allow me to introduce myself please. I am Nolwazi Shabangu, a Swati, 30 year old single, born again Christian woman. I love the Lord Jesus who has given me eternal life – “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. (1 John 5:13)”. The consciousness of the glory to be revealed – “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present times are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18)- makes sweet this journey in Christ. Oh how wonderful it is to be His!
I am constantly awed and humbled by such mercy as this I receive daily (His mercies are new EVERYDAY: Lamentations 3:22-23 ) and freely too -“Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewal of the Holy Ghost” (Titus 3:5). Although by worldly standards I honestly have no business wasting your time speaking of Christ, I am not worthy in the least but listen oh listen- “And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath He reconciled in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and reproveable in His sight” Colossians 1:21-22. It is by Jesus Christ on the cross that my worthiness is established so you may trust that even I of unclean lips has been made holy and worthy of listening to. So my dear, have faith that this time you are spending here is not waste, it is of profit by God’s grace. God has led you here because it is exactly what you need at this perfect moment.
Believing and living by the grace of the transforming power and marvel of salvation, I sit here today and hope to share with you my walk with Christ. My dear reader I hope that in your reading you receive great spiritual impartations. I also hope you may impart great mysteries unto me as you share with me your experiences in the comment section. Most importantly, I hope that in every word, every line and every paragraph of each and every entry in this diary it is Christ crucified on the cross that is revealed and it is God and God alone that is glorified.
Today’s declaration: My name is Nolwazi Shabangu and “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who love me and gave Himself for me” (Galatians 2:20). Declare this for yourself today!
Do you also wish to journey with Christ? You need to be born again-“Marvel not what I said unto thee, Ye must be born again” John 3:7. How does one become born again? You ask. It’s simple “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” Romans 10: 9. Yes, its that simple: confess with you mouth and believe!
Ok, are you ready to receive Christ as your Lord and savior? Please say this prayer after me: “Lord Jesus, I am sinner but today I learnt of your love and how you came to earth to save me and give me a new life in you. You died in my place so I may not die but have eternal life. I believe you are the son of God, I believe you came, became a man, was crucified on the cross, rose on the third day and ascended to heaven where you sit at the right hand of the father. I surrender myself to you today, please come into my life and be my Lord. I ask Lord Jesus that you also give me the gift of the Holy Spirit who will lead me to all truth. Amen!”
